“To be a member of Gurukul family you need to register the child after meeting the admission counsellor. Once registration formalities are completed the admission is made on the basis of an informal interaction in order to understand the child’s readiness to join the school, his/her developmental milestones and special needs if any. The admission for all classes would be done in a transparent process based on the categorisation made by school in accordance to its objectives. The acceptance of the admission shall be notified online and telephonically only to the parent/ guardian. Fees must be paid within the stipulated time in the offer of admission. Non -attendance/ non –payment of the fee on the required day shall mean the cancellation of admission. After the admission, the child shall be allotted the class & the section.
The school shall lay emphasis on scholastic & co-scholastic skills of the child keeping in mind the limited available seats. Scholarships are given to deserving and meritorious candidates.”
The age eligibility for the Pre-Primary classes is as follows:

Parents doing the online registration are required to note down the form number for future reference. On receiving the call from the Admission Counsellor, parents shall report at school on the day of interaction along with the above mentioned documents and the registration fee.

Age Eligibility: Play Group - Child should have complete 3 years as on March 31, 2024.
Registration form for admission can be obtained from the school Website OR collected from School from January 25, 2024 onwards. Duly filled in form is to be submitted along with Rs.150/- as Registration fee at the Online/School Help Center.
Admission to Play Group:
While we would like to accommodate all applicants, preference will be given to the following:
a. Sibling of students already studying in B.P.Gurukul Academy, Mainpuri.
b. Staff children of B.P.Gurukul Academy, Mainpuri.
The criteria followed by the School is first come,first serve basis. A list of the selected candidates will be displayed at the School Reception/School Help Center and our website.
Twenty five percent (25%) seats are reserved under economically weaker section (EWS) of society residing in the Union Territory of Mainpuri, for the last three years. In case the number of applications exceeds the number of seats, admission will be made through drawing of lots, on March 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. The document submitted will be verified by school authorities. Admission will be granted to eligible candidates only.
For seeking admission under EWS, parents are required to attach Income Proof, Residence Proof (for last three years), duly signed by Class One Magistrate, and a copy of PAN Card.
Online Registration opens on December 15, 2024 onwards. Forms can be downloaded from school Website or obtained personally from School Reception. Parents are required to submit the hard copy of Registration Form along with Rs.150/-, as Registration Fee.
Admission - LKG to VIII: Subject to Merit and availability of seats.
LKG and UKG: Interaction with the students and the parents.
For Class I – V: On the basis of Assessment followed by interaction with the students and the parents.
For Class VI – VIII: On the basis of Assessment, followed by interaction and result of the previous class.
Class XI: Non-Medical & Commerce Streams only. Selection will be based on the result of the previous class and be purely on merit and availability of the seats, followed by Assessment and personal interaction with the student/ parents.
